D’Arcy Po is the Founder of The Growth Collective, a New Zealand-based advisory business helping business owners grow with clarity, discipline, and purpose.
With over 15 years of experience across risk, assurance, and business performance, D’Arcy has worked at the intersection of strategy, governance, and operational improvement. He has held senior leadership roles within the New Zealand public sector, with executive responsibility for enterprise risk, internal audit, and organisational integrity.
That experience translates directly into the work he does today.
D’Arcy works with business owners to identify where they are losing time, money, and opportunity, simplify their operations, and build clear, scalable systems for growth. His approach is practical and structured, focused on real-world execution rather than theory.
Earlier in his career, D’Arcy trained in accounting and commercial law, working across both small businesses and large external audit environments. This gives him a grounded understanding of how businesses operate at every level, from day-to-day cashflow pressures through to board-level decision-making.
At the core of his work is a simple belief, most businesses don’t have an effort problem, they have a clarity problem.
Beyond the numbers, D’Arcy is driven by people. He believes that every business is a reflection of its leader, and that sustainable growth comes from developing both.
